Customer Service Representative- Commercial Lines, Columbus,
OH location A
re you friendly, customer-service oriented and empathetic? If so
Westfield Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer
Service Representative at our Columbus, Polaris Park location. The chief
responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include but
are not limited to handling all of the customer needs for commercial
lines accounts including answering customer inquiries, communicating
with carriers and offering additional coverage's / policies to
customers. The CSR will assist with rating new business, obtaining
supplemental underwriting information, and process policy change
requests. Additional responsibilities might include resolving disputes
between customers, agencies, carriers and others.
Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements;
- High school graduate, GED or demonstrated commensurate experience,
- Ability to handle heavy customer contact in a fast paced environment
in a professional manner,
- At least 1 year of commercial lines agency insurance experience.
- Proficient data entry ability
- Physical requirements include the ability to utilize a computer and
communicate via the telephone.
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience using an
Applied Agency Management System.
